Carmen’s Chickpea Brownies
This delicious snack is gluten free and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 265g Dark Chocolate
- 200g White Chocolate
- 570g Chickpeas (tinned or cooked)
- 4 Eggs
- 150g Caster Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 200g Walnuts or Peanuts
instructions
- Drain chickpeas and combine with eggs in a blender or thermomix
- Melt white and dark chocolate over boiling water
- Combine remaining ingredients and mix well
- Spread evenly into lined tray with baking paper
- Cook for 1 hour at 140 degrees
