Returns Policy

All products purchased at Forestway Fresh are covered by our Returns Policy.

With proof of purchase

If the product you have purchased from Forestway Fresh is faulty, damaged, inedible or defective, we will happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method or exchange the product. Forestway Fresh reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy. In many cases, it may be more convenient for you to liaise directly with the manufacturer/importer or supplier of the product. Supplier contact details can usually be found on the product label, but we can assist if you require further information. To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us with a valid receipt and notify us within 24 hours of purchase. The staff member handling your request will advise if you need to return the item back to the store. Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item back to the store, will be borne by you.

If you have changed your mind...

From 13th March 2020 we will be temporarily suspending our change-of-mind refund policy to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers.

Without Proof of Purchase

Forestway Fresh reserves the right to deny a refund or an exchange without proof of purchase.
