
Forestway Blueberry Negroni
Our spin on the Italian classic cocktail, featuring blueberry-infused gin.
Ingredients
- 20ml Campari
- 20ml vermouth (we suggest one that's pinot noir based)
- 80ml gin
- 2 teaspoons Forestway blueberry compote
- 1 slice fresh or dried orange
instructions
- To make the blueberry-infused gin, add two teaspoons of Forestway blueberry compote and 80ml of your favourite gin to a jar. Let this infuse for 1 – 2 days, the longer you leave it, the richer the flavour.
- Once infused, pour 20ml of the blueberry gin into a glass with ice, followed by 20ml of vermouth and 20ml of Campari (although we like 30ml of the latter).
- Gently stir and garnish with a slice of fresh or dried orange to serve.
- Kick back and enjoy!
