Tony’s Pasta e Broccoli
Ingredients
- 300g Orecchiette Pasta
- 1 Large Broccoli
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 50mL Olive Oil
- Sprinkle of Salt and Pepper
- 200g Ricotta Cheese
instructions
- Dice garlic and add to pot with a drizzle of olive oil
- Dice broccoli into florets
- Once garlic is starting to colour add diced broccoli to pot and lightly brown
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Add pasta to pot
- Add water to pot until it is just above pasta and allow to simmer until pasta is cooked
- Once cooked drain water from pot and stir through Ricotta and serve
