We have a range of both fresh and frozen seafood. Our frozen seafood is snap-frozen at the source, ready to take home and store in your freezer. We do our utmost to ensure all our frozen seafood is sourced from Australia. And if we can't get Australian, we make sure it's from a desirable source - take our Norwegian salmon portions as an example. There is seafood for all occasions - shrimp to throw on the barbie, calamari to deep-fry, fillets to grill, and seriously plump scallops to cook and devour. And we smoke our salmon right here on-site!
